OpManager uses SNMP for monitoring your critical -

Intellipool Network Monitor is an easy to use, browser based network monitor that can help you to monitor a variety of different protocols and services on LAN or internet machines. It runs under Windows 2000 and Windows XP as a service and consumes minimal system resources. The interface is web based and all you need is a device with a web browser to control Intellipool.
